Highdeas (2/22, ft. Mint Cake)

After reading my previous post, and looking at my bank account, I decided that reviews may occur more seldom for the time being, or at least until I get my tax return. I want to start writing a new kind of post I'm going call "Highdeas." Highdeas are going to be different than babblings of a stoner, just because even one's high self is able to recognize complete nonsense.  I decided to experiment with my high thoughts and to see what concepts my high would arrive at. *Reminder here to remember to proofread this tomorrow* I thought a documentary would be a good experimental group, priming my consciousness for an interesting topic and hoping to really learn something.  -Tangent: Learning and memorizing are two different things. Memorizing is holding that information, action-less, like it's a simple idea. Learning, on the other hand, is using that information to change something, create something, or cause something to happen. For example, you either hold your hammer...

Mint Cake and My Hot Take

Mint Cake, what can I say, what a beaut.  This was the first time I had tried this strain, and this has been one of the best weed decisions I've made. Mint Cake is a a hybrid strain, according to 253farmacy, between Lemon Pound Cake 75 and Kush Mints. It was comprised of 0.59% THC, 22.59% THCA, 0% CBD, and 0.09% CBDA and smoked out of a 1 percolator bong, around 2 puffs worth.  Leafy reported that this strain results in a relaxed, euphoric, and tingly feeling, which to me, sounds like a the trifecta of orgasms. I also felt the tingly sensation, specifically in my slightly shaking hands, but also a slight tingle like someone hitting your funny bone. You feel jittery towards the top of your high, which could also feel like tingling. 253farmacy noted that it results in increase focus and functionality, hence why I would choose to write this post now, mid-high. Lucky you, productive stoners! Apparently Leafly also reported that it helps with inflammation, pain, and arthritis...

Alien Huckleberry, Parents, and Politics

Hello! Let's talk about Alien Huckleberry.      I've tried this strain before and I had mixed feelings about it. But first, some information. Alien Huckleberry is a crossbreed of Alien Rock Candy and Huckleberry Kush. It's an Indica and it sure lives up to the title. It's comprised of 0.99% THC, 23.95% THCA, 0% CBD, and 0% CBDA. It's said to help with relaxation, sleep, pain relief, and mood elevation.      It has a very woodsy and pungent scent, definitely not the strain to bring to a family holiday if you know what I mean. Despite my apartment already smelling like weed consistently, or so I think, I can't tell anymore, this strain heightens that scent. This frosty flower ground looks and feels like kinetic sand, it sticks together and falls apart like a crumbling cookie. It's perfect for packing bowls. I smoked this out of my 1 percolator bong with a MouthPeace filter.      My first couple times trying this strain, I wasn't really a...

Honey Bee and Relationships

Hello! Next up is Honey Bee.     This strain is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain. I tried this strain for the first time last night. It was a self-care night so que the bubble-bath, facemask, and speaker. It was comprised on 0.31% THC, 21.36% THCA, 0% CBD, and 0% CBDA. Being a sativa-dominant, it would affect my mind more intensely than my body. I always try to have a notebook nearby when I smoke sativas because of the funny and rarely philosophical thoughts that need recording.      There isn't much reported for this strain, but I found that it helps with fatigue, uplifts your mood, with a slight body sensation, lightly orgasmic. When I opened the container, the scent of sweetness and earth filled my nostrils. Taking a deep breath, I could smell the fruity aroma. Ground, it looks like a mosaic with all the different shades of green.      I smoked it out of my 1 percolator bong with a freshly cleaned bowl. This strain packed so well, it wasn'...
